Over 35 Years Concrete Experience

Rusty Cours, owner and founder of Southern Cal Concrete Pumping, has over 35 years of experience in the concrete industry. He has worked on a broad range of projects, spanning from small to large scale, during which he noticed a major problem. The post-job concrete cleanout process was expensive, time-consuming, labor-intensive, and because most concrete waste ended up in landfills, it was also harming the environment.

Alongside his own experience, Rusty used feedback from customers to design his bins and met with contractors to find out what was important to them and what problems they had encountered on job sites.

In 2014, as a seasoned concrete professional and with the diehard camper mantra “leave no trace” in mind, Rusty founded Cleanout Bin as an answer.

Keeping the Environment Safe and Job Sites EPA Compliant

Cleanout Bin allows you to wash out your concrete vehicles on the spot. Our unique and leak-proof design can fit underneath pump trucks and the hopper to catch washout waste, make clean-up convenient, and virtually eliminate cementitious waste.

Once the bins are full, our trained and experienced team will arrive on-site to cart away the slurry and properly dispose of its contents so you can focus on your next concrete job. This ensures your job site remains EPA compliant to reduce any risk of fines.

We only and proudly contract with recycling companies that leave no waste in nature and transform all residue back into reusable materials for future concrete projects.
